you know i have always wanted to have my own horse and a few months ago when i went riding they had this darling little quarter horse for sale that was supposedly really well trained and responsive. believe me i thought about it. I have thought of  leasing a part interest in a horse at a stable or something so i could go ride from time to time but not have the full responsibility of ownership. If I lived where you do (and I have family out near Greely NE)  I would have a horse in a minute. Yeah, not sure I could do square dance because I would hate those dopey skirts. Maybe somewhere there is folk dancing. Did that in college and it was pretty fun. And hey, where do you get those cute rodent pictures? Love em!   I am a rodent fan. diane

I live way west, almost to Wyoming. no riding stables around here because anyone who wants to ride has their own horse. I don't even know where Greely NE is!  I do know where Greely Colorado is.

I would hate the skirts, too, but mostly the people there were just dull. after dancing (with lots of breaks to rest & gossip) they all eat junk like pie & cake and cookies. no thanks!

Taking ball room dance classes opened up a whole new world for me. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I love the lessons, I love the dances, and I love all my twirlly dresses and skirts.

I would not be able to wear those cute things if it weren't for WLS. Yay Sleeve!

how fun. especially the twirly dresses. but can you do it without wearing high heels? those should be illegal in my opinion. just cant do it. and do you have to bring hubby or are other partners available? Post some pics of the twirly dresses. we wanna see! maybe i will post in my sweats and aikibojitsu broom stick. no swirly there.  diane

I think finding something you love is definately the key, ive bought a couple of dance programs for wii zumba and dance dance revolution it definatly is a work out in workout mode... i also bought  walk it out  since the weather here is dam cold out side..

I would love to take some dance class just do not know which one to take there is line dancing here ...
