Random Thoughts:
- Ate out twice yesterday, lots of carbs
- Vitamins, and water pretty good...
- Ate M&M's twice
- I FINALLY went for my walk, 3 miles not 4, but it is a start...
- I am bit surprised that behaving a little is not working
- I may need to 'diet' this off, still not panicing yet
- LOTS of stress in my life right now...
- Ok, I just weighed and I lost 1.8 lbs now THAT's more like it!! I will definatley walk again today, it seems that is key!!

Feeling "carby" today with a craving for steel cut oatmeal and grits. It's cold and rainy here in Dallas. I'll behave the rest of the day with a bowl of beef stew, no potatoes, for dinner.

I hopped on the elliptical twice for 15 minutes each yesterday--nothing huge, but quite agressive while I was on. Today's activity will also have to be in the house.

Random Thoughts:
- I discovered that my old scale was broken. I figured it out when it said that I gained 3 pounds yesterday. The day before I hardly ate as I was extremely busy. Bought a new scale. It turns out that I'm 4 pounds lighter than I thought I was.
- Feel like crap today. Woke up with Diarrhea and feel extremely sluggish this morning. I did introduce a new item into my diet yesterday morning that I haven't had in about a year. Salmon cakes. I think I may be dehydrated as well. To be honest I didn't make my water quota as I had a large milk based protein shake. My nut said there's no substitution for water. I feel like a newbie...It's difficult to get my water and protein down. It took me 20 minutes to eat a yogurt. I'm not in pain or anything it's just that my body is telling me to take it slow. Going to make sure that I get all my liquids today. Going to throw some Gatorade in as well. Going to try to get the protein in as well, although that's going to be an uphil battle.
