Officially in Maintenance Stage ... Lifelong Journey!
As promised (to my husband and myself) ... I am starting maintenance. My promise was to start at 125 or what I weighed on 1/1/11. Luckily, that was the same number!
I have an appointment with a WLS Nutritionist on the 18th so I hope to learn some hints and have some nutrition advice. With the stories I've heard about Nuts, I'm not that confident, but I am going to give it a try!
Thanks for all of your support with my ups and downs. Still can't figure out the 6 pound gain last month & the sudden loss of 7 pounds, but I'll try to be calmer if it happens again.

I have about a 5 pound range that I gently bounce up and down within and I don't let it bother me. but I stay vigilant!
