i saw this pizza mentioned in a post.  Is this something you find in the freezer section? I have not
heard of it.

I have found out about so many good things by reading the boards so I am hoping this pizza is something I can find around here!

I absolutely love these pizza's but unfortunately you can't find them in just any freezer section.  Go to eat-rite.com  I believe that is their website and you can order from them, or you can call them and ask for a specialty store in your area that carries them.  They are really great.  The enchiladas are good too.

yep, i have to order them on line and they come frozen so you have to buy a certain amount in order to make the shipping feasible. And I think there might be some limits to the areas they will ship to because of that. But they really are good (except I didn't like the mexican pizza) and come in single servings though i usually can't finish a whole one and eat the rest a couple hours later. have about 220 calories, 7 carbs and 20 g protein. I think they use soy flour in crust and a fair amount of fiber but result is good. I make sure I have them for my husband to eat if i am out of town so he won't go out and get a real gigantic pizza. Thanks! I don't have a big freezer but I will look into how many I have to order. It would be nice if someplace around here carried them, but I don't there is not much of a chance in this area!

I looked into getting some of them, but found that I would pay quite a bit for them, plus shipping.  I haven't looked, but I imagine EggFace has a low carb pizza recipe.  I thinking I'll go check that out right now.  Maybe make several at once then freeze.

I have bought a single slice of pizza at the convenience store here and just ate the toppings.  It really tasted good and satisfied my craving for pizza.

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I actually buy the Mission Low Carb tortilla and top it with various things.  Do check out eggfaces blog she's got GREAT recipes.
