Diane, it sounds to me like you are getting to where I was just a few months ego with the weight loss.  I am going to tell you something I wish I knew myself a few months ego.  I got down to 101 lbs. and I got a bit scared that the weight loss would not stop.  I was eating everything under the sun, and the weight kept falling.  I have since found that this seems to just be a phase.  Now I have to be more careful to not gain.  My weight naturally found a happy place, and I stabilized.  I think you need more food in general to slow things down a little, but this too shall pass and you will stabilize.  I hope your cold goes away soon.  Happy New Year.

Yep, Elina I remember when you were struggling with excess weight loss; particularly after the plastics. Glad it has leveled out for you and I am sure it will for me. Meanwhile I am secretly enjoying having the concern that I might be getting to thin as this is absolutely the first time in my entire life I have ever experienced such an issue. From as far back as I can remember I was a chubby kid and was dieting and worrying about calories from third grade. Will be making my favorite cinnamon almonds tonight and that will give me some nice healthy calories. But this phase will pass and I will be like everyone else soon. diane

My program calls for 70 g. I Try to get my protein from real foods. But when I'm short I'll go to some old favorites that I keep handy. Especially when I'm on the go or traveling.

Chobani Greek Yogurt - 14 g
Power Crunch Protein Bars - 14g
Smoothie King Gladiator - 45g

I love SK shakes and can do them all the time (no matter how cold it gets here in NY). I look at them as a treat when I get a craving for something sweet.

It's a protein shake. You can buy the tub and make your own. It's a chain store.

I usually make mine with 12 Oz of milk two scoops of the powder. I add Frozen Strawberries and Bananas.

They don't have an online ordering system. You actually have to visit a store. There's a store locator option if you put in your zip code.

I always go with the Gladiator line as it's the highest protein and very low carb. You only get the carbs and the sugar from the fruits that you use to flavor the shakes. There's always sugar Free syrups but I prefer to use the regular fruits.

I try to get 150g a day. If I go under 125 g my hair starts falling out.

I have a shake every morning for breakfast unless I'm feeling lazy. Today the blender was dirty in the AM so I forced my son to do his chores (load the dishwasher) and I had my shake for dinner. I'm not always that disciplined though. Usually, if it doesn't happen in the AM, it doesn't happen.
