2-2.5 oz if I want to eat veggies with it. I think I could get up to 3 oz. if I only ate the protein but I'm not sure. It seems like my restriction kicks in around 2-2.5 oz no matter what.

3-5 ounces and it totally depends on if I add food lube, how the meat is prepared, and if I choose to eat anything else with it. I love veggies so I typically stick with 3-4oz so I can enjoy some greens.

If I add A1 steak sauce, or some sort of gravy, I can get in more.

I'm 19 months out.

Ok, so today I did something I never did before because I was curious about a dead serious answer to this question.. so I measured my food on a scale at lunch. I plated 3 oz of grilled chicken (4 small pieces), a 1.4 oz mini potato roll, and a dollop of zero cal dijon. I ate the roll, the mustard, and 1.5 oz of the chicken over 30 mins.. I am still stuffed an hour later.. so there ya go. At over two years out I am stuffed for awhile on 3oz (including carb-y sliders)...

 I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
