Merry Christmas everyone!  I hope you have a wonderful day with family and friends.  Since we are Jewish, Christmas means movies and Chinese food for us.  This year we have Alan's parents visiting us and that means chocolate chip pancakes.  The kids are thrilled, me, not so much.  :)  I am 1 pound over my personal ideal weight today at 104.8 lbs.  I can live with it.  I am so thankful for this site and all of you, take care and peace to all.

I am up another lb. But I did weigh after eating my friend's home made coffee cake.

Heading to the gym first thing tomorrow morning and  will  be back on track!
Glad holiday eating will be over with soon. I hope this really made an impression on my brain since my birthday is exactly two months before Christmas. Can't  binge eat from my birthday until Christmas and expect to be happy on the scale!
