I just figured it out !!!!!!
You have been spying on me !!.......You sent your sniffer camera out over the Internet directly to my computer...... It hooked up to the camera in my computer and you been watching me eat Williams Sonoma Peppermint Chocolate Bark......Been eating it for 3 days in a row now.
How dumb of me.... I shoulda put a piece of tape over that damn camera.....
Than you have to write a whole story on my dysfunction !!!!!!
That said............... I have been eating that WS Peppermint Bark the last three days (small amounts of course) But the absolute worst thing happened......I been losing weight !!!!! down to 155.2 this morning !!!! I may have to eat more chocolate to lose more weight !!! (how's that for thinkin like an adult !)

Some of the self-talk I see on the web, especially this time of year kind of horrifies me. It's not just from people still losing or people who had WLS either. My inbox and FB news feed are full of links to articles that make it sound like people are at war with food and the holidays are just one big battle.
It makes me sad.
It makes me sad because it doesn't have to be that way and also because going down that road keeps you from going down the road to a normal relationship with food.
