What an insightful post. Don't know where you come up with this but keep it coming. So interesting and meaningful. You are hereby designated the official VSGM group philosopher.  Have great holidays. And I am off to the ceremony of the corn goddess tonight. gonna "cast out" my old fat with by tossing a cube of butter in the fire.  Diane

If your'e like me, I've spent way to much time not liking myself, fat or thin.....gotta accept the good and the not so good in myself and try and do better each day......I love you "B".....you are my inspiration to accept "me for me".....Happy Holidays!

You are one wise woman!  My hero!  My mentor!  My "go to" person for advice.  You keep it real and honest.  And you are right on everything I have seen you  write.

Please never leave OH!  We all need your words of wisdom and a kick in the behind!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Ticker includes Pre-op weight loss 24 lb.

Also this post can just be about losing and not just maintenance.  I think you should re-post on the VSG forum for everyone!
