Don't know the answer here, only know what i do. throughout my weight loss phase and up until this very minute i use half and half in my coffee. gotta have it. i cook with olive oil in modest amounts. i eat toasted almonds daily. i use only full fat cheese though i do use skim milk and ff cottage cheese and greek yogurt. so i guess i have reduced fats some from diet but don't worry about it too much because my portions are small. Many years ago I read that old Adelle Davis bood about nutrition popular in the 60s and 70's and she insisted that a reasonable amount of fat is essential for creation of some hormones and other body functions. Moderation in all things i guess. D
