need advice from the weight lifter chicks
Many lower body exercises require holding the bar or handles for balance, but not to help with the weight. And example would be squats in a Smith cage. I don't know if that'll bother your shoulders or not, but it's worth a try since the weight sits on the back of your neck.
Calf raises, hamstring curls, abductors, adductors, sit-ups, obliques would all be fine.
For chest you could do butterflies since it's your forearms that do the pressing.
For your shoulders, you can do rotator cuff exercises with one and two pound weights and I bet they won't bother your hands.
