VSG Maintenance Group
I have noticed a change
Exercise definitely boost metabolism... I used to have a slower than average metabolism and now mine is faster than average and I'm sure it's because of my muscles and all the working out I do!
I do think it gets harder over time, but I think it's all behavioral. I definitely indulge more and am less strict about things like waiting until 45 min. after eating to start drinking again and I am eating more carbs which go down much better than hard protein.
When I go back to protein first and am careful about the drinking, everything works so much better including maintenance.

I guess I haven't experienced this yet. I have been maintaining for a little more than 16 months, and it still feels the same to me. I am still kinda waiting for the other shoe to drop though, if you know what I mean at all, lmao...
I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!
"People spend a lifetime searching for happiness; looking for peace. They chase idle dreams, addictions, religions, even other people, hoping to fill the emptiness that plagues them. The irony is the only place they ever needed to search was within." - Ramona L. Anderson
