Well, just eat dirty again!!  If that's what works for you then go back to it.  I can't deny myself either or I start obsessing about what I'm NOT eating...what I may be missing out on.  How stupid is that?  So, I just don't deny but practice moderation instead.  It's a much funner way to live : ))  Bingeing is not good...

Hope you can get back in control.  You've come too far to turn back now!!

id definately start by putting your yogurt back, its good for you, maybe you can slowly go back and decide what it is out of this plan and the old plan is the you diet... so you do not feel deprived or want to binge... obvious this new way of eating has you stressed and thats not good for you either.

This is why I find it works better to do one thing at a time. I started with drinking more water and did that until it became a total habit before I started the next thing -- which I think was stopping the diet soda, but it might have been eating more protein.

I think that works better than trying to change *everything* at once.
