I think it was Thin Lizzy that recommended Costco Shrimp Wonton Soup !!!!

Picked up a couple boxes today......

Just had one....... no.... half of one.... no   2 of the 5 Shrimp Wonton.....

5 Shrimp Wonton and Soup base is 100 Cal. 11 carb 9 protein

After sipping some of the soup..... I ate 2 whole shrimp wontons..... each wonton was 2 bites......

I stopped.... I was all good with less than 50 calories !!!!!

Comes in a bowl with a lid..... just covered it and put it in the fridge..... got a snack for later.

It is a little high in sodium....but hey it's soup.....but I just poured some of the soup base out and added more water.

A great item to keep in the freezer!!!!

Thanks Lizzy !

I have no trouble eating the whole bowl.  Could probably eat two.  Kind of scary that you only eat two of the won tons (for me, lol).

I started eating the whole bowl when I discovered these things at 6 months out. Now at 3+ years out, a whole bowl still satisfies me. Not stuffed but pleasantly satisfied...
