Short-term findings of my PPI experiment.

Here is some more research from the other direction. I have recently stopped taking omeprazole. (after 6+ months being on it.) Now I have constipation lol. I also have less feeling of emptiness and keep forgetting to eat now. I have also started losing about 2 pounds a week, now that I am trying to maintain! I have not had any return of my symptoms, which is why i stopped taking it, also the fact that is has a lot of side effects i do not wish to have like bone density loss.
 I guess it de[ends on the person as you stated, and also maybe the fact of how long I have been on it.
