Hey, if you want to track my Ironman race tomorrow (or today if you are reading this on Sunday, my bib number is 2731 and the web site for tracking athletes is ironmanlive.com.

Everything starts at 7am, MT.

I'm expecting to do the swim in 1.5 hours, the bike in something under 7 (unless it rains a lot and the wind picks up) and the run in... who knows? Probably 5.5. I'm expecting to cross the finish line between 9-10 pm.

With luck, Chrissie Wellington will be there to put my medal on me!

I just got wore out reading your post!

Un-real !!!!

I feel so weak and lazy compared to you !!!!!

I can't even imagine the training that you have to do to get ready for one of those!

You just don't wake up one morning and decide to sign up and do one!

I was thinking about skipping exercise tomorrow because of the weather..........

Now I'm gonna walk a full hour instead of 45 minutes rain or shine! (god that sounds weak!)

Wow Mac I can't beleive it is that time already, you have talked about this race and now here it is!!

You are quite simply "AMAZING" and a true inspiration!

  Have a great day tomorrow and know we are all cheering you on.  I will track your race also, that will be fun!

  I like Frisco's idea, I dedicate my walk to you tomorrow and I commit to walking 5 miles instead of 4, in your honor!  - Update:  well I walked an extra mile for ya Mac, I had a crazy busy day, was walking way later than usual, was tired, had not seen hubby much all day, tried really hard to rationalize my way out of it.... nope I made a commitment to you and just did it.  I even bragged about you all day and during my whole walk.  I am very very proud of you Mac!
