Highest Weight - 210 lbs
Surgery Weight - 206 lbs
Total Amount Lost - 93 lbs
Goal Range - 115 lbs - 118 lbs
Yesterday's Weight - 117.6 lbs
Today's Weight - 117.2 lbs
Gain/Loss -  -.4 lbs

Boscogirl, I worried about losing too much while eating what I wanted.  it does stop.
Summer, I had the same experience with my plastics, still lost more weight, and I have a rather saggy, flat rear end!  Such is life!
Mike, we all need therapy :)

Hi Cindy,
I got too crazy differentiating between all the "weight dates".  So, if it's okay with you I'm gonna give my top, my goal and yesterday & today's weight.

Top:  305 lbs
Goal:  180
Today's Weight: 176 (point someting, can't recall)

Random Thoughts!

lol no worries, do whatever works best for you!!  No rules here!

Isn't it great to not care about the .2, .4, .6 & .8!!!!!!!!!!  Sure sign we are at goal...

Cindy since I'm part of the group I think I will post here.  Tired of mentally trying to loose my last 10-20 during the holidays, lol.  So my goal NOW is to maintain so here I go!

Highest Weight - 345lbs
Surgery Weight - 302 lbs

Goal Range - 195 lbs - 200 lbs
Today's Weight - 198.6 lbs
