Gain/Loss -  -1 lbs

Random Thoughts:  
-  I did much better yesterday, but still not right on plan.  Had an extra flour tortilla, but no snacks, so I should be ok when I weigh... we will see.  Whew, I am pleased I lost a pound...  I frickin' my Sleeve!

I went to have a plastics consult today and was informed I should not lose anymore weight, that I did not have hardly any fat left, only loose skin. He doesn't even think I have enough fat left for a brazilian butt any more. :-(  So I guess I am going to try to maintain my weight in this area. Then I forgot to eat lunch. Oh well......

Height 5'6"  HW 263 SW 239 LW 142 From size 20/22 to size 5/6   

At 4 years out I crept back up to 180 now working my way back down. CW 173 size 10

Random Thoughts:
- I dropped another pound. So I crossed the BMI range from obese to overweight. I keep struggling with this mentally. I like the way I look and feel right now but the numbers are playing with my mind. I lost 95 post op. It wouldn't be that hard to even that out at 100. I'm sure Once I get there my next thought would be to enter onderland. I can't stop thinking about it. I'm going to see my Bariatric Surgeon, Nut and Primary doctors today. Wish I was seeing a therapist as well. That maybe next.

- BTW...Finished the training class yesterday and I gave in and put half a muffin and half a sweet bun on my plate. Ate half of each. I think the extra sugar and carbs helped with my concentration. I may have even passed the test (wont know for a few days).

*chuckle*  The sugar and carbs could have helped, or the fact that you were not distracted by them anymore!

A little bit of therapist really can go a long way with the head game stuff.  I also suggest finding one that you click with.

Good luck in that and on your test!!  I bet you did great!

163...I am worried that I am going to have a hard time stopping  the losing.  I already eat anything I want, full fat everything, real sugar, lots of carbs etc.  I really do not want to be any thinner...I think I look best with a little softness and definitely do not want to get below 160 but here I am already at 163. :(

I have no idea what the heck I am talking about, but I would say the healthiest way to get in more calories would be with:
-  Fruit
-  Fruit juices
-  and any Non Sugar Free or Fat Free Products, go with the regular stuff if you are not already...

If you still lose, I am sure it would be fun to come up with more healthy ideas on how to maintain...

Totally off topic, from one tall lady to another:
-  Considering your height and weight and size
-  and Considering my height and weight and size
-  what size do you think I am?  I have no idea down here, and I am curious, I know I am quite a bit smaller than a 12, that was the size I bought in the states on one of our last trips, a number of years ago...

I have almost 20 pounds on you and I am in 8s & 10 so I definitely think you are a 6!  Some of the 6' models that we talked about that one time (Elle Macpherson & Lisa Butcher come to mind) weigh in the 138ish range and are size 4-6.

I increase my calories with fats, avocado, macadamia nut oil and coconut oil. 

Also my cocoapnb burrtio snack has about 250 cals, good fats and fibah!  yaay.
