So not quite to goal, but it's creeping up....
....and I miss all these names on the regular board, and it's good to chat with folks who walked the journey around the same time as me or have been my role models along the way! Ha!
I'm really getting a taste of what it's like to struggle to get those last pounds off lately. I just had my 11 month anniversary, and the last two-three months have been torture with regard to loss. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy I can say I'm losing, but IT'S SLOW. I must incorporate exercise, and I also know that when we slow down our crazy travel schedule my routine will settle as well.
Anyway, glad to be here in such good company!

welcome to the group, as long as your scale is still moving in the right direction then your doing something right.. and dont worry it doesnt all come to a screaming holt at 12 months if you work your sleeve it will work for you.
I think its harder because we get used to eating more and let more creep in, so it seems harder to go back to basics...

Its also harder because if we are weighing less, then we need fewer calories and you either need to tweak them cals down or crank up your output somehow!!
I know some folks can live on 800 or 900 calories a day and would rather do that than be purposefuly active, not mee beeebeee!!
Welcome to the long haul Theresa!

welcome, for me the weight came off to fast....I wish I would of been a little slower. I have to say the more protein I get in the better it came off, and I had to switch up my meals too, I am one that gets in the habit and then I eat the same thing, that seemed to slow down things....you will do this! Time doesn't matter, this does work, keep up the great work!
