New Years Resolution

Hi Frisco,

I just found and joined this group and was happy to read your post.  This will be the first year in forever, that I will not be making weigh loss resolutions.  The only resolution I am making is that I will continue to weigh myself everyday and eat accordingly.  I know I can do this long term.

I hear that frisco!  Honestly I stopped doing them years ago 'cause I likes to "keep it real"  and I knew I would never be successful W/  following through on the resolutions, ya know?
