how are you handling the stuff-a-thon?
anyway, thats my plan. what are you guys doing? can anyone think of a way to make low carb stuffing? maybe using some low carb tortillas for part of it? More celery and mushrooms? D
The first one looked really yummy to me, from a lady from the bodybuilding web site I frequent who is also a way low carber.. and the second one is from lowcarb friends and has other links with other options!

But this year should be fun. I'll have a bit of everything except stuffing (I'm not a fan) and a small piece of pumpkin pie. My SIL tends to make a very traditional Thanksgiving dinner so it will be turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, rolls, gravy and maybe a salad.
The dangerous part will be the before dinner snacks. I'm sure it will cheese, pepperoni, crackers, nuts, etc. I will probably nurse my morning protein shake and maybe have a protein bar when that runs out.

I'm thinking Fillet Mignon and San Francisco Dungeness Crab Cesar Salad. And maybe Artichokes if they look good!
