Marvelous Maintenance Weigh In - Nov 13/10
Hey Guys,
For me daily weigh in is essential to my success... and holding myself accountable to you guys is a real motivator...
Who would like to participate in a daily weigh in?
First one up in the morning can set it up each morning... With a similar title and date to this thread...

Goal Range - 140 lbs - 145 lbs
Today's Weight - 142
Gain/Loss - +1 (used food for my unusaully stressful day, plus it was Friday Night and Date Night.
How does this sound? You in?

well this is a good idea. i weighed everyday since surgery since it kept me accountable and i wasn't driven crazy by the inevitable small fluctuations. but having been out of town for three weeks i got out of the habit and now this will be good to get it back. actually lost a few pounds on the trip despite feeling like i ate pretty well but healthy.
so today's weight is 129.5
origional goal range of surgeon was 130 to 150. At 137 he told me i was done. i said how about 135 and he said fine. so i am a little below it but i figure some rebound is in order.
height is 5'4.25 for bmi of 22.2.
so no damage visible from last night's bought with the ****tail snacks but i have the feeling our bodies don't track the same way we do and effects of bad eating don't show up for a few days though i don't think one day will do anything. d.

I'm expecting my weight to go up. I've been weighing my self on a daily basis. It usually takes about two days for what I've done to reflect on the scale. Yesterday was my birthday and for the first time in a while went to the movies. I grazed on a very large bag of Peanut M&M's during the movie. Then went to dinner with the fam. Had three scoops of Pralines and Cream from Baskin and Robins.
Back on track today...Going to the Gym tommorrow morning (Spin and weight training class).
