ok folks, this is an interesting computer experience for me since i am a dolt it takes me awhile to figure out how to do stuff. But lets get started with some maintenance stuff. we are all worried about it. i have told my doc and nut I am scared about it. I have been away from home for three weeks and weighed only once and was down a pound assuming scale was right. so that was fine. but been taking care of brother and cooking for him. trying to get proper food into both of us since he is health nut anyway. so think i am going to get home and weigh about the same. its good to know one can travel and be ok with eating. a couple of times we did McDonalds and got grilled chicken and tossed the bun. I don't mind doing that and still just barely have room for that amount of chicken. thank you dr. cirangle for 32 bougie. but i have been having some toasted almonds in the evening. a good and healthy snack but a few calories in them.

Why is it we want to eat and nibble in the evening so much? Been that way all my life. Not hungry much earlier in the day. guess its from eating later. Bet many others do this and thats how we got fat. Maybe avoiding evening eating needs to be a principle we all strive for. I try to allow myself one evening thing like glass of skim milk, sf pudding with protein, or the infamous almonds. how about the rest of you?

Ok, lets get into this. our future thinness awaits! D

I tend to be hungrier earlier in the day thankfully, so evening eating is not so much of an issue for me.  I also wake up between 1 and 3 in the morning so my day starts early and I definitely eat 5 to 6 times a day.  I am also in bed usually by 9:00 p.m. and take an enzyme that helps my pain from typing way too much to ease up, and it needs to be on an empty stomach, so, I definitely am through by 7 with meals.

Later evenings though, if I need a lilla somethin in my belly, I like warm almond milk with a bit of butter/nut flavoring in it - or some Sugar Cookie Tea!!  MMMM!!

I usually eat 3 meals (8:00am, 12:00pm and 7:00pm) then a couple of Snacks (10:00am, 2:00pm, 9:00pm).

Snacks usually consists of Greek yogurt or a protein bar. Sometimes for a snack I'll have these peanut butter pretzel nuggets I found at CVS. A serving size is about 10 nuggets and is 15 carbs and 5 grams of protein. I love these as I crave salt. Although I have to be careful as I caught my self grazing on them a couple of times.

I still don't get real hunger although Head Hunger is difficult for me at times.

I worry about maintaining as my mind starts to wonder. For example this weekend is my Birthday. I caught myself planning on eating less so I could drop my weight so that I can have a few bad items this weekend. Is this normal? I really don't like thinking this way but I wonder if this is going to reality for maintenance.

Here is what I do:

Breakfast - alternate between oats with raisins and eggs with cream cheese
Lunch - Cabbage salad loaded with protein, and now I let myself have a flour tortilla
Dinner - all I can eat fish or meat

My snacks include - almonds, raisins and PB
Daily Treat - Peanut M&M's

I just started this routine a few days ago, one day up a bit, today down a bit, so it is working... I will adjust my snacks accordingly... and weigh daily.

It feels great to be able to have the tortilla and M&M's daily, I feel they both make me feel normal and stop me from binging...

I also get in all my water and vitamins and walk 4 miles a day.

I LOVE my Sleeve!

Diane, I am similar to you and often find myself hungry in the evenings but not really at all during the day. I always try and leave myself some room in my daily calorie count so that I can "have permission" to have something as a snack in the evenings.

I have good restriction, but find that I am hungry quite soon after I eat, no matter what I eat.  I guess in effect , I am grazing by eating every 2 hours or so, but I do feel hungry.  I have been in maintenance for about 4 months (with hopes that another 8 lbs will disappear), but have crept up a couple of pounds lately.  It's very hard to tell for me as I really fluctuate about 3-4 lbs with retention etc., so I don't want to panic.  I'd just like to not be hungry  so often:(

I have bad head hunger in the evenings so I try to stick with crystal light popsicles and sf jello with a little bit of ff cool whip.

It's hard . I can do so well all day long and not even think about food, but in the evenings, it's all I can do to not drive to Baskin and Robbins.
