Information on recipes June 24, 2008 12:10 am All recipes I post are high protein/low carb for the purpose of helping others with their carb intake. Unfortunately, I do not have a list in of the amount of carbs on everything so if you see something you think is questionable, please let me know!
Be the first to leave a comment. As I post recipes, I am trying to type them in a dark purple font so they are easy to see. I would also appreciate if you would take the time to comment on the recipes if you try making them. Give them a rating. Let us know what else you served with it or what changes you made to fit your family. I really hope you enjoy this addition to the blog!

June 24, 2008 12:02 am This is a very easy recipe that I use because it is easy to please the whole family...some don't eat ham, some no cheese, others just the chicken. But everyone loves it. Relatively inexpensive to fix and definately high protein low carb version. For the family I serve it with rice. For me I add a little extra spinach and skip the rice.
