I Need Some Ideas For Lunches! November 5, 2008 10:09 pm I'm getting very bored with my lunches. I work in an office and have been taking deli meat and cheese for lunch every day. It's convenient and fits the diet. However, I'm getting extremely bored with that. Even switching the meats around, bring different cheese, etc., isn't helping.

I'm going to miss the November... November 5, 2008 10:07 pm I won't be able to attend the 11/18 meeting. My daughter, Megan is in the All County Chorus and their performance is that night. I'll miss seeing everyone.

Be the first to leave a comment.Change is not a matter of ability, it is a matter of motivation and drive. Melissa's Thought - Think about it, anyone can lose weight, it does not take any special abilities, but it has everything to do with the motivation behind it. What can you do to create that drive to keep losing the weight? What about excersizing? Maybe we need to work on a team motivation...something to help us motivate each other! What kind of challenge can we use to up the anty and get the motivation going? Any ideas???
