I'm going to miss the November meeting :-(

I won't be able to attend the 11/18 meeting. My daughter, Megan is in the All County Chorus and their performance is that night. I'll miss seeing everyone.

I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!

You will be missed at the meeting. I look forward to the meetings which I'm sure you do also. Enjoy your daughter's concert. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Its actually a diabetic recipe but very good. www.dlife.com/dLife/ diabetic-recipes has many good recipes and will tell you whether it is low carbs and high protein.
