I will be there with bells on. Are we bringing in recipes to share? I'm a having some what a hard time with having a full feeling after I eat. On 10/11, I got my first fill of 3cc..My next appt.is 11/10 where I hope I can get another fill. It seems I'm losing inches because I'm fitting into clothes I could not wear last year.I guess an hour a day in the pool is working. See you all on 11/18. Bev
