lots of luck although it is the easiest thing you will go through, definately much easier than 2 weeks of optifast...lol....ju st think of me as you to it...I had to have an injection in my eye today and it looks like there are 2-3 more to go...UGH...chin up tomorrow, let us know how you do!

Even though she used my log in, it definatly comes from us both, by the time you read this it will all be done, let us know.

 

You're right, it's all done. Not bad at all. Kinda a weird feeling and then "okay, it's not going down." I can definitely feel the difference in restriction, but liquids go down so not too tight. I had actually gained .2 since 07/28 so it was definitely time. Thanks for your support - both of you!
