Melissa did it again today gang..

I guess I am going to have to stop this, but today Melissa came to meet me for lunch and she was wearing a size 20 business suit. As our daughter Elizabeth says "OMG", when she started she was in a 30-32. I still don't believe it. In other news from the front I will complete my support group leaders training on Saturday July 12. I am really excited for our group. Again congratulations to all of you as you continue to lose weight, this is a special journey, and you are all very special to me.

Ira, thanks for being so committed to our support group. Melissa is truly blessed to have you to be beside her fighting the battle. I look forward to seeing you on the 29th. So our meeting is always going to be on the Last Tuesday of the month? Susan

SueSue, we are going to keep it to the third Tuesday, the bank was not available in July so instead of skipping the group decided to move it back. We are set for August 19 and September 16!
