These are great fixed in a muffin pan or a 9x12 pan but don't forget to grease the pans otherwise you will have a mess. These can be frozen and makes a great quick breakfast or snack. My daughter loves them during the school year. If cold zap in microwave for 15-20 seconds, if frozen try 45-50 seconds.
Ingredients: 1 package ground sausage (use bacon or ham if you like) 1-2 oz of shredded cheese 10-12 beaten eggs 6Tbsp whipping cream *Preheat oven to 350 degrees. *Cook sausage well and until crumbly. *Spray muffin tins or pan with Pam or other cooking spray. *Fill each tin 1/2 full of sausage or spread sausage evenly in pan. *Add whipping cream to beaten eggs and stir well. *Pour egg mixture over sausage to almost full *Sprinkle cheese *Bake 20 minutes until done. * Remove from tin or cut into squares and refrigerate 0 Responses to "Egg Mock Muffin"Be the first to comment!Sign in to comment!
