Post Op Travel

Last year I went on a trip of a life time, I had WLS almost 6 years ago lost 250 pounds and have gained some back,

I fit in the airline seat without an extender, planes are different.  Flight was over 10 hours long and had a bulk head seat

where the arms didn't come up, it was tight but I made it! I could not have ever done that without WLS.  How thankful.

WLS has given me my life back, I've gained some weight back but I trying to get back on the exercise wagon started

a group support here in Salt Lake City, hoping to get a few people to join me to help me get back on track.
