Support groups banded together to improve their chances for survival by pooling their social and economic resources. We are composed of peers who share a similar mental, emotional, or physical problems of obesity. Everyone needs the support of a community to help them change and grow. Here you will find a welcoming group who offers to support your personal growth, no judgements or shame involved. We offer the social support and mutual aid in the journey we each take in the road to find a healthy relationship with bodies and to support you in achieving your best health.  Here we will share recipes, tips on healthy eating and exercising. We will pass along products to share, sample and compare experiences. We hope to host several guest speakers who will share their expertise to help along the common goal we have. There will be people who have had or will have bariactric surgery. That does not however leave out members who don't use surgery as a tool towards their goal of healthy living. Obesity is a tough desease that you should use every weapon we have to beat it. The Obesity monster counts on defeating us emotionally and prays on our weaknesses. Let us help all join together to beat it.
