Where it all began..for me at least. This is the board I started my WLS search YEARS ago. I still hang out here some. Safe, nice people with all types of surgeries from all parts of the state.

This site sells the best tasting protein, low carb, and sugar free food on the Internet, I promise! It is pricey, though. But, sometimes, you just can't find the quality anywhere else. They also have a very active support group and a HUGE group of recipes that are the best I have ever seen. So even if you never order anything from them, don't miss this site!

This is a great FUN website! They do a podcast every Friday, so its a great way to start your weekend! I look forward to it every week. There is always something new. They are only a few minutes long and usually offer some great tips!

The gal is southern...southern California, that is! She has great recipes and does a daily blog. I find her amusing and I love her recipes. I hope you enjoy her and can find some recipes you can use. Again, use caution and adjust the recipes to whatever your nutritionist has directed for you!

Tons of great bariatric friendly recipes. Use caution though. Not every recipe is right for you. Think about where you are on your journey and what your nutritionist has instructed you, but lots of them can be modified to fit!

This is a messageboard. It is a really good way to connect with other folks who have had the same surgery as you in a non threatening manner if you want more than monthly support group meetings. Connect with people from all over the country who have had surgery as long ago as 10-15 years or as recently as yesterday.

This is the blog of my AMAZING friend Scott from Nashville who had WLS a couple of days before me. He has done fabulous. His wife has had WLS and so has his sister. They are all such inspirations. Just take a few minutes to read some of his stuff, and you will be amazed at the transformation in his life.
