November Meeting

I am terrible about "blogging" but here goes the first of many (hopefully.)  The Sheridan Country Weight Loss Surgery Support Group meets the FIRST Monday of EVERY month--November 5, 2012--at Sheridan Memorial Hospital in the cafeteria (rear entrance) from 7 - 8:30 PM.  The program this month will cover "Overcoming the Stress of Holiday Eating" and "Loving Yourself No Matter What."  Please come out and join us for a little education and a lot of camaraderie as we begin our winter Holiday season.  Our meetings are open to the public for persons who have HAD weight loss surgery of any kind as well as those interested in having such a procedure done.  I love forward to seeing you there!!  Gina
