Maryland Group Discussion
Hi, Columbia friends - I've just started a WLS Maryland group and would love to have you come join in the fun!
I'm trying to reach out to more people in Maryland rather than just Columbia. I'd also like to see this Columbia group get going a bit more! So - stop in, say "hi", introduce yourselves and let's help support and encourage each other.
My hope is that we might be able to eventually meet for exercise and/or support. Check out my group introductions and there will be more information. We're just getting started, so the group is very small, but that allows us to make it into whatever we'd like it to be!

My name is Bonnie. I am a Retired Teacher and I live in Frederick Co, MD (21701). I am rather new to all this blog stuff but the reason I picked the Columbia WLS group was that it is closest one to the Frederick area and I really would like a support group.
After clicking on to your specific post in the Discussion section, I would also like to join your WLS Maryland group but I have been unable to find the right posting. Are you still an active group? Tell me how to find the exact post for your group. I was not able to check out your group introductions, however, I will try again to find you and your group.
