I was so exited to see that was a WA group but it looks like there hasn't been any activity since 2001.

I am going to be having surgery in april since my insurance requires me to do a 6 month pre-op program. I live in Tacoma and my surgeon is Dr Anwar, in the same office as Dr Houseworth.

Is there anything going on in this group? I had my sleeve 7/9/12. I would like to meet others going through or who have completed their weight loss. I have lost 43 pounds and seem to be stuck. I need encouragement and advice.
If anyone out there is interested please let me know.
Thank you
Terri

If there was a "like" button I would be pressing it.  : -) great post B.

As for potassium, it is a great salt substitute too. I buy powdered potassium at health food store that i keep in a salt shaker on the stove and use in my cooking instead of salt.   Doesn't taste good on the tongue but great in cooking.
