Healthy Snack

Hi All,

So at night I usually get cravings for a snack. I make sure it is always protein.

Well during the fall when it is apple season this is what I eat. Try it it is healthy and has protein!

I take a macoun apple (little sweeter then Macintosh) and cut into quarters and spread some peanut butter on the one side. Then eat of course!

You can do this with any apple but the sweeter and juicier the better! : )
