Spring Run
Just had to crow a bit, because the weather is so glorious and the trees are in bloom and I'm feeling so great. Had a slow jog along the greenway this morning, I could actually talk a bit to my DH. We went for 50 minutes as part of my C25K training program. Feeling strong and fabulous. This was training day 18 out of 28! We went 3.6 miles and I ran it! A miracle.
