I ran again today, 2 miles on the streets in the fancy neighborhood near my house. I shaved 20 seconds off my average pace from Sunday's run (which was on the greenway, lots of sandy gravel). It hurt, I wanted to quit about 1.5 miles into it, and the whole route felt like it was up hill. No matter, I did it.
