Eco Drink - Vitamins & Electrolytes

Hey Runners,

I was at Costco the other day and they had this new product - Eco Drink Complete Multivitamin - Cost $19.99 for 30 packets.   You mix each packet with 16 oz water (I actually split the packet as it is too flavorful for me so I get 32oz out of each packet).

Calories 0 - but full of vitamins and electrolytes.  A lot more vits then G2 (which has calories) and Vi****er 0.  I do not consider this a bari vitamin replacement just a general vitamin/electro boost.  If you split the packet,  it works out to $.33 per 16oz serving - cheaper than G2 or Vi****er.  Plus it comes with a reusable bottle to help the environment - when you get too many bottles you can send them back and they will send you extra vit packets in exchange.

Raining in sunny California today - looks like I may have to hit the treadmill to get my 5 miles in this weekend.

Happy Running or Walking!
Carolyn

After talking with the nutritionist - she said this is a great drink for daily compsumption but it does NOT provide enough electrolytes if wanting to use it for training - better off with Poweraid zero / G2/ or Nuun tabs (which I had not heard about until today)
