This weather just will not make up it's mind!!!
Let's get outside whenever possible and when it gets nasty, walk up and down the stairs in your home a few times! You may feel a little silly but it'll lift your mood. Put on some lively music with a bouncey beat!!
Hope to see you tonite at the South Amboy YMCA for support group. We'll be having a short tour of the facility, a demo exercise class and then group!
