My first marathon is this Sunday. What should I expect after I finish the race. I know what I did to do before the race.
Topic: RE: WHO WANTS TO RACE WITH ME????????
Why are all these cool events so freaking far away.
It looks like it would be a blast, but it's just not going to happen for me.
I live in a place that has more great weather than you can shake a stick at and there just isn't crap for events to get excited about.
Oh well, have a great time Dan, good luck with the lottery!

Topic: RE: Thursday Night Chat Notes...
Thanks for posting these notes. "meetings" are hard to get to since i work late on Wednesdays.
I agree with all decisions made - I'm pretty sure I'll favor the white or pink shirts.

Topic: WHO WANTS TO RACE WITH ME????????
Hey Guys,
My wife and I are registered as a "Group" for the St George Marathon on October 2nd in St George, Utah. My brother Jeff may race as well so we have 2 spots available in our group. The cost is $85, groups are limited to 5 people, and it is a Lottery type entry. We register as a group, pay $85 each, if we get in, we are golden, if we don't get in (They only accept 7000 racers) they refund $80.
The race is COMPLETELY DOWNHILL and is def a PR course for sure. Here is the website http://stgeorgemarathon.com/ Let me know ASAP if you are interested and I will give you the details on how to register in our Group. The lottery is drawn on May 6th, and registration closes May 1 so let me know now. St George Marathon is dubbed as one of the 5 star marathons in the country! THIS IS GOING TO BE AN AWESOME RACE!!!!

I know I'm a tad late in the game but my comments...
How about the Vegas 1/2 or Full in December. Super easy to get to for most folks and lots of entertainment to boot.
I'm already going with a group of friends and we always have a "more the merrier" attitude.
Seht - have you seen the elevation change on the Kauai Marathon? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE it there but sheesh!
