I realize I'm a week late viewing, but thanks for posting this Scott.  I was at work.

I also know that some folks are more adamant about certain numbers of activities/numbers of miles raced, but for me, racing is a means for continuing to have goals that keep me exercising.

Week 2 day 1 is in the bag.
It was actually felt much easier to do week 2 day 1 than week 1 day 3.
hmm maybe this is working

Here is another one for the NW Region. It has something for everyone and is family oriented.

I kind of like that idea. Say 2000 raced miles for 2010. That type of thing?

I'm in for the 2014 Kauai Marathon!

I like the idea of trying to hit each region i.e. NORTHWEST (we get forgotten A LOT. LOL, so I'm feeling left out.) then southwest, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, etc. Oregon does have the Hood To Coast race every year and I'd love to get a team together to do it (it's a 197 (I think) mile relay race so it would get us all to work together as a team.)

Thanks for posting the chat.  I couldn't pull away Thursday to log-on.  It sounds like y'all were able to finalize the details of the team.  It'll be exciting to start generating more awareness about what post-op-prs  are able to accomplish.
