Week 2 should be done for most people now.
Hows it going?
Don't forget that at the end of week 2 you will do another test to see where you are placing, and possibly adjust what column you should be using.
I'll be testing mine tonight.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
I did my exhaustion test today and squeezed out 25. I was amazed at the progress.

Well I did my week 3 pre-test, and it looks like I'm doing week 2 over again.
I just can't believe how weak I am. I always thought that I couldn't do pushups and pullups because of how fat I was. And while I'm sure that was part of it, apparently my strength was pretty pathetic as well.
I had always been able to move/lift heavy things, but I think that was just part of being big. I'd just use my mass to muscle things around. Now that I don't have the mass behind it, I find that I can't even begin to move a fraction of the weight I used to be able to move.
Oh well week 2 here I come again.

i'm still doing it, but not really following the plan per se. i lost some momentum during my training for the marathon and am anticipating losing momentum again in May as my 1/2 IM nears. but should be good to go in april.
yesterday i did sets of 45, 45, 40, and 40 (the last 15 or so had to be completed very slowly with pauses built in). the last exhaustion test i did ended up @ 75.

Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.
