OK so I started my initial test yesterday and was able to squeak out 21 "Good Form" Push-Ups, so I guess I am starting on week 3 next week. Not going to destroy my arms and shoulders this week, as I might need them in my race this weekend :)... Catch ya all later!

Good work Dan.  I hope I can do that many by the end of the program.
I know 100 is the goal, but after barely eeking out 4 of them for my test, I'd look at doing 21 of them as a partial success and a kicking off point to do the program again.

Yesterday, I decided to accept this challenge.  I tried doing pushups and was able to complete 5. That placed me in the first column. Starting this challenge mentally started something inside me.  I woke up came into work and did 20 squats.  At lunch, I started by doing the day 1 pushup challenge.  Following that, I took a 30 minute walk to from my work to a mall.  I must say I am jazzed and ready to pursue this goal.  I feel better than I have in a long time.  Pushing me out of my comfort zone of sitting down and chatting on the computer during lunch was such a great thing.

Awesome Job.

I know that tonight I have day 2 of the pushup challenge to do.  I'm just planning to incorporate it into my weight lifting days.

It certainly is pushing me out of my comfort zone as well.

congrats on tackling the challenge.

Way to get fired up!

Week 2 day 1 is in the bag.
It was actually felt much easier to do week 2 day 1 than week 1 day 3.
hmm maybe this is working
