Should have been doing the "just dash" today................had to forgo, I will NOT miss the February race despite it taking place on Valentine's Day!  One day I"ll be splashing and dashing..........

I'll run tomorrow, probably with mass fury, LOL maybe it will be a good long run!

Bro, you are beyond ready! Get out there and have fun... You will have a blast and will become addicted to racing, no doubt! Today there were people walking the 5k and 15k that I raced in, just go out and do your thing and have fun.... I look forward to your race report...

Bro, 10 minute miles is SOLID, what are you talking about? People do 15-16 minute miles all the time... Forget about others and do your thing. Have fun...
