I'm hoping to meet people from Ottawa area who are awaiting WLS, have had it already, or who are contemplating WLS.
Congratulations to all of you who have had the surgery already and best of luck to those who are still awaiting.
I was referred for WLS back in April 2012, Orientation May 18th 2012, meeting with the nurse October 9th 2012 and the rest is a big ? for me as I have no idea on the wait times/periods at the Ottawa Civic.
I see people from Toronto go 3-4 months from referral to surgery.
