Hi everyone,
I am new to the group from the Ottawa region.
Have been doing all the pre op sessions for surgery - hoping that it will be some time this year - very anxious and nervous about it all.
Any wisdom is always welcomed
Looking for the healthier me ... I haven't found her yet!
