Support Group

Well I finished my support group leader classes and am all ready to start my new on line support group.  I am really excited and hope to learn more as I continue on with this journey!

Another fill

I went in for my monthly check up with my doctor and was surprised to see that I lost 5 pounds while I was on vacation.  I was surprised because I ate out often, but made pretty good choices.  I did have 3 pieces of cheesecake (not on the same days) and didn't exercise at all.  I'm happy I didn't gain, but kind of upset with myself because I think of what I could of lost if I ate a little better, exercised and ate only 1 piece of cheesecake.  Oh well, at least I am moving in the right direction.  I also think this should be the last fill I have for a while.  I was pretty close to restriction prior to my appointment, but got just .2 cc's and I feel really good, not too tight, but tight enough to only be able to eat about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of food at a time.  Life is Great!!
