Happy Sunday to all my October Sexy Sleevers. It's that time again for our weekly weigh in. I decided to add another category for anyone who is tracking their inches lost...this is my only saving grace to having been stalled for 3 weeks.

TL - I haven't taken measurements in awhile. Might be a good idea to check them again.
Edited to add: I've lost 11 total inches since November 1st. Only lost 1 inch in my waist and I'd been feeling like it was hanging on there. Time to up my crunches.
I've slowed down to about 1 lb a week which isn't exactly a stall, but is agonizing nonetheless. I think I'll take my measurements and spend some time this week analyzing my food intake. I was terrible at workouts last week, so I'm starting them again. I like to walk, but it's been way too cold. I'm going to walk the mall today. Also, I started protein bars and I think they might be a bad food-trigger for me. So, they are going bye-bye. Back to shakes and protein I can rely on.

I did not start tracking inches and now I am sorry I didn't. I went from a size 48 DDD bra to a 42 DD So I am guessing 6 inches arounf the chest. I went from a size 30 pants (I believe 51 inches at the waist and 60 at the hips) to a size 22 pants (41 inches at the waist and 51 at the hips normally)
SO that would mean at least by my clothing I am down
6 inches in the chest
10 inches at the waist
9 inches in the hips
Plus I KNOW I have lost something in the arms
so... 25 inches? WOW
I have been in a stall weight wise too but the inches are what keeps me going!
